Is there an age limit ?
No, we encourage our Dance classes to all ages... Dance is an excellent way to keep active and make new friends
What type of shoes should I wear to the class?
Any shoe that is comfortable and supports the foot to ensure you do not stick to the floor. It is best not to wear trainers. No stiletto shoes or kitten heels.
Do I need a partner to attend?
No, you don’t need a partner to attend the class as there are people available who will dance with you.
What do you mean by a Beginner Plus Class?
This is a class whereby it has been running for 12 months+ and therefore it would be suitable for anyone new joining to have basic dance knowledge
What do I wear to the class?
We do not have a dress code although most people wear casual clothing.
